SHIPPING POLICY
We use the U.S. Postal Service for all standard shipping within the United States. Shipping within the U.S. is FREE and delivery usually takes only 1-3 business days. Usually if an order is placed before 4 pm EST it will be processed and shipped the same day. We offer overnight shipping via FedEx Overnight Mail for a flat rate of $19.95 for weekday delivery. For overnight Saturday delivery, we offer FedEx Overnight Saturday Delivery for a flat rate of $29.95. All overnight orders MUST be submitted before 4 pm EST to ensure the order is shipped the same day. Business days are Monday through Friday and on non-government observed holidays. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend will ship at the next earliest business day which is usually the following Monday.
International Orders
Customs restrictions and warranty issues prevent us from shipping to every international location. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fee. It is $24.95 to ship to all international addresses (certain locations do not apply) and $14.95 to all addresses within the United Kingdom. The method used is FedEx International Priority Mail (2-5 days). Certain locations are $39.95 flat rate shipping.
1. If your order is to be shipped outside USA, the standard shipping charge for all international orders (destinations outside USA) is $24.95. The shipping charge to the United Kingdom is $14.95. Certain locations are $39.95 flat rate shipping. The delivery time varies between 2-5 business days depending on the shipping destination.
2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the import of our products. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with customs when shipping to most countries worldwide.
3. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned back to us, we will issue you a refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned back to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders held by customs is for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.
4. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit/debit card, U.S. or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. *All checks and money orders must include a contact telephone number. Orders paid by a personal check will not ship until the check clears.
RETURN POLICY

Please return both the opened and unopened bottles back to us. The refund policy does not cover the cost of shipping and handling but the product only and the product(s) must be returned within 90 days of the initial order date. If you have placed multiple orders, only one order can be returned for a refund. This is strictly enforced to prevent individuals from taking advantage of the money-back guarantee policy. Any shipping costs which we initially covered will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not refund for the cost of shipping to our offices.
Tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation is strongly recommended on all returns. If we did not receive the product back and the customer can not prove that the product is returned, we will not issue a refund. Proof of delivery can be the delivery confirmation number or signature as required by the USPS.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept all card types. Credit cards or debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos on them as well as American Express and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal or Google Checkout. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made before the order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the package or send the package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping and handling charges. All refunds are processed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
